iTRONIX™ is the family of State-of-the-Art, Smartphone controllable, Ignition and ECU units.

Designed to deliver superior performance, iTRONIX combines versatility, intelligent management, and advanced features that clearly distinguish it from standard or aftermarket control units on the market.

It is specifically designed for a wide range of MX Bikes based on KTM, GASGAS, Husqvarna, Yamaha, Fantic engines.

Depending on the version, iTRONIX can operate either as a high-performance ignition control unit or as a complete Engine Control Unit (ECU). It is compatible with various ignition types, including stock flywheel and pickup ignitions and internal rotor ignitions (PVL, Selettra), and does not require battery power.

FEATURES – IGNITION AND ECU VERSIONS

iTRONIX Ignition Version

The Ignition version is an advanced electronic ignition control unit that integrates proprietary SparkEVO technologies to optimize engine power and response. Main features:

Output spark energy: 120 to 132 mJ (with SparkPLUS technology)
Computational performance: MCU 32 bit, real time.
Fully configurable via PC, iOS and Android apps
Minimum engine revs: 500 RPM with fast startup.
Maximum engine revs: 18000 RPM
Timing maps: 4, customizable.
Timing map resolution: 0.1° - 100 RPM, interpolated points.
Timing calculation: every RPM change, delay from 1us
Fast response rev limiter
Quick shift input: spark kill mode or timing delay mode
Self Test for unit diagnosis
Upgradable firmware and continuous support

iTRONIX ECU Version

The ECU version extends all the features of the Ignition model, adding complete electronic engine control:

Actuators management
- Power Valve: Servo motor, DC motor, Solenoid types (calibration procedure included)
- Power Valve maps: 2, customizable
- Power Jet: continuous or PWM
- Water Pump: continuous or PWM
- Aux output: tachometer/shift light

Sensors management

TPS input
Engine temperature: NTC M6 sensor (provided by SparkEVO)
Air pressure input
Exhaust gas temperature: K-type thermocouple (provided by SparkEVO)
Knocks (detonations) counter
Advanced Datalogger: records RPM, engine acceleration, sensors values every 100ms
