Zero Absolute is the definitive solution to remove points and capacitor from your moped. 

This control unit completely replaces the mechanical ignition system, offering a more powerful spark, a quicker response, and an increase in maximum RPM. Plus, it provides:

  • Totally removes breaker points and capacitor, no need of additional sensors
  • No external battery required, keeps all the original components (coil, stator, flywheel)
  • Static ignition timing adjustment
  • Preloaded digital ignition maps
  • RPM/Speed Limiter by means of a switch
 

It is compatible with all 2- and 4-stroke engines with points, such as Piaggio Ciao / Bravo / Si, Vespa 50 / 125 / 150 / PX, Minarelli, Rizzato, Lambretta, Puch, Tomos, …

    Timing can be adjusted with a simple trimmer, and there are also preloaded maps for 2-strokes!

    It's lightweight and installs with minimal wiring. Vibration resistant body, ideal for any condition.

Digital timing maps

Zero Absolute is the only conversion unit with two digital timing maps, already loaded in the system and not customizable.

Increase engine response and general performances by activating them when you need!

The figure shows an example of static timing configured by the trimmer at 24° BTDC and the curves behavior. The static timing can be set anytime with the trimmer, causing a shift up or down of the maps.

Installation

Zero Absolute does not interfere with the lighting system. All details are provided in the manual.
