The Rappa Racing TBI to Carburetor Kit is designed for riders who want to convert their latest-generation KTM 2-stroke engine by removing the original TBI system and rediscovering the response, simplicity, and tuning potential typical of a carburetor setup.

The kit is developed for KTM 2-stroke TBI-generation models and allows you to convert the fuel system while maintaining advanced electronic management of ignition and exhaust power valve.

The KTM TBI generation was introduced to deliver extremely precise fueling and highly controllable power delivery; our kit has a different goal: to give the rider back direct control over the better power and torque and engine's character, combining a carburetor with a fully customizable electronic management system powered by iTronix advanced ECU.

The current KTM range includes numerous 2T TBI models from 125 to 300 cc.

The kit delivers 41 hp at the crank and 37 hp at the wheel, against 39 and 35 hp of the original injection system, and it keeps pulling over 300 rpm further, giving you a longer run before every shift.

  • Throttle control with cable
  • Mechanical vacuum fuel pump
  • Airbox-to-carburetor rubber boot
  • Power valve actuator
  • Electrical system powered by custom iTronix ECU with Smartphone control
